Used Jackie V, adjuster for PB late last spring due to hail damage.  He was always professional and informative with our claim explaining every piece of paper we needed to sign.  Only then would he extend his pen.  He seemed to know how it felt to have property damage and responded accordingly. He went through the entire process of filing a claim and what he explained to us is what he delivered to us.  Jackie and PB Adjusting were always available to us with a phone call, same day.  The claim processing was seamless and there was always help with any questions we had. Jacke Veasley was always present when inspectors were on site. We are very grateful to Jackie Veasley at PB Adjusting, LLC and although we enjoyed his company, we hope we do not have to call on him anytime soon! But we will definitely use this company again if needed.  Thank you.

After a crazy hailstorm we thought our house escaped damage free..boy was I wrong and am so happy that Justin stopped by & offered to take a look. Let me also say that I rarely write reviews because good service is so hard to come by & he has truly went above & beyond in helping us. Justin is professional, courteous & very knowledgeable in regards to his profession.
